The minimum time per appointment is 1 hour.
Please note that for “early bird” slot ( 7-8 am) we cannot undertake work that is likely to cause noice nuisance to your neighbours.
Materials are charged at cost + 25%.
Specialist sub-contractors are charged at cost +25%.
