These rates apply to weekday appointments only (Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm).
The minimum charge per appointment is 1 hour (callout rate £85).
Materials are charged at cost + 25%.
Time spent sourcing materials (travel to suppliers) is charged at £70 per hour.
